苯磺酸氨氯地平的临床药理作用和应用探讨

目的探究苯磺酸氨氯地平的临床药理作用和应用效果。方法选取300例郑州大学第五附属医院2015年1月~2018年3月期间收治的心血管疾病患者,随机均分为常规组和实验组,给予常规组患者硝苯地平、乙酰毛花苷、单硝酸异山梨酯等常规药物治疗,给予实验组患者苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效和生活质量。结果实验组高血压患者、心力衰竭患者、心绞痛患者治疗总有效率均显著高于常规组患者,实验组患者生活质量指标评分高于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压患者、心力衰竭患者、心绞痛患者具有更为显著的临床疗效,能改善患者生活质量,且药效平缓。

Objective To explore the clinical pharmacological action and application effect of benzenesulfonate amlodipine.Methods Selected 300 cases with cardiovascular disease in the fifth affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university in January 2015 to March 2018,and they were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group.Patients in normal group were given routine drug treatment,while patients in experimental group were given benzenesulfonate amlodipine.Observed the clinical curative effect and compared two groups of patients quality of life.Results A total effective rate in the experimental group patients with high blood pressure,angina pectoris,heart failure was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).The experimental group patients’quality of life index score was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benzenesulfonate amlodipine treating patients with high blood pressure,angina pectoris,heart failure has more significant clinical efficacy,and can improve patients’quality of life,which has flat efficacy.
