一清胶囊联合美丰治疗慢性咽炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Yiqing Capsule Combined with Meifeng in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis

目的观察一清胶囊联合美丰治疗慢性咽炎的疗效及其安全性。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月在河南圣德医院门诊就诊的慢性咽炎患者80例,随机分为观察组(一清胶囊联合美丰治疗)和对照组(一清胶囊),每组40例,联合用药组口服一清胶囊,饭后服用美丰;对照组仅服用一清胶囊,检测两组治疗前后血IgE、IL-4和唾液SlgA水平。两组治疗时间均为2个疗程,治疗期间禁止服用其他与治疗有关药物。观察两组患者临床疗效,检测治疗前后血清IgE、血清IL-4和唾液SlgA变化情况,记录停药后随访情况,并统计用药期间不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组显效率高于对照组;观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IgE、血清IL-4均降低,但观察组明显比对照组更低;观察组唾液SlgA比对照组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药后电话、门诊随访复发率比较,观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊联合美丰治疗慢性咽炎疗效比仅用一清胶囊好,联合用药能够抑制血IgE、IL-4分泌,提高唾液SlgA水平,进一步说明联合用药治疗慢性咽炎可能是通过调节细胞因子来实现药理活性。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of yiqing capsule combined with meifeng in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic pharyngitis in henan shengde hospital between January 2017 and January 2018 were selected as sthdy subject,and they were randomly divided into observation group(a joint capsule meifeng treatment)and control group(only yiqing capsule),40 cases in each group.Patients in the observatiion group were treated yiqing capsule and meifeng;In the control group,only one clear capsule was taken,and blood IgE,il-4 and saliva SlgA levels were detected before and after treatment.Both groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment and no other drugs were prescribed during treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of serum IgE,serumIL-4 and saliva SlgA were detected before and after the treatment,and the follow-up after the withdrawal was recorded.The adverse reactions during the treatment were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the observation group was more effective than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both serum IgE and serum Il-4 decreased,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The saliva SlgA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the recurrence rate of the telephone and outpatient follow-up after withdrawal,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A joint capsule meifeng in patients with chronic pharyngitis curative effect is better than using only yiqng capsule.The combination can inhibit blood IgE,IL-4 secretion,improve the level of saliva SlgA.Further illustrate combination in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is probably by regulating cell factors to achieve pharmacological activities.
