钱锺书读《纯常子枝语》:笔记与征引辑录

钱锺书曾读文廷式的《纯常子枝语》,做了106则笔记,其著作中多次征引了《纯常子枝语》。考察钱锺书对《纯常子枝语》所做笔记的订补情况,辑录钱锺书著作中对《纯常子枝语》的征引,可看到钱锺书从积累资料到运用资料的完整过程,这一过程指示了读书治学的一条路径。

Qian Zhongshu made 106 pieces of notes while reading Wen Tingshi’s Notes of Chun Changzi and referred to it on many occasions in his works.By studying the revise and supplement of notes made by Qian Zhongshu to the Notes of Chun Changzi,and compiling his quotations from it,we can detect a complete process from accumulating material to using material by Qian,which indicates a path to pursue one’s study.
