摘要
以江西省某民办高校300名教师为样本,对他们进行统一指导语下的施测。通过《综合幸福问卷》在民办高校教师群体中的应用,对问卷的心理测量学特性进行分析,同时考察民办高校教师的幸福感水平。问卷项目有区分度良好,克伦巴赫a系数为0.94,分半信度系数为0.79。经探索性因素分析从50个项目中提取出9个公因子,公因子的累计贡献率为65.75%,验证性因素分析表明各项拟合指数均符合测量学要求。民办高校教师幸福感水平偏高。
To make psychometric analysis about the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ),and to explore the status of happiness in the teachers,300 teachers of a certain private college are asked to finish the MHQ under the same instruction.The estimation of coefficient of reliability shows that Cronbachαis 0.94,the Split-half Reliability is 0.79,so the discrimination of each item is acceptable.Through exploratory factor analysis,9 factors are found out of 50 items,the contribution rate of the 9 factors is 65.75%;the confirmatory factor analysis shows that each fitting index meets the measurement requirements and MHQ is a scientific and reliable measure.Most of teachers in private college feel happy.
