摘要
为服务高校素质教育的全面实施,适应广大青年学生成长成才需要,推进团学组织深化改革、促进高校共青团事业新发展,高校正积极推行共青团"第二课堂成绩单"制度。然而在实施"第二课堂成绩单"制度过程中,不同程度存在具体操作环节不规范、活动内容和形式单一、学生参与素质拓活动的积极性、主动性不高,素质活动的实效性不强。本研究从"第二课堂成绩单"制度实施现状出发,以社会交换论的视角探讨高校素拓活动的优化途径。
In order to serve the comprehensive implementation of quality education in colleges and universities,meet the needs of the majority of young students to grow into talents,deepen the reform of the students’organization and the Youth League,promote the new development of the Communist Youth League,many colleges and universities are actively implementing the“Second Classroom Report Card”System.However,in the process of implementation,there exist some problems such as non-standard operation,single form and content of the activities.What’s more,some students lack enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the quality extension activities.Thus the effectiveness of quality activities is not satisfactory.This study starts from the status quo of the implementation of the“Second Classroom Report Card”System,and explores the optimization approach from the perspective of social exchange theory.
