摘要 本文针对国内某大型深水导管架结构总装的实际需求,详细阐述了大型深水导管架结构总装垫墩的设计过程。采用ANSYS和SACS有限元软件分析与手工计算相结合的方法对垫墩进行设计和计算。此外,对垫墩强度、稳定性、水泥滑块强度和地基承载力等部分也进行了校核分析。 According to the general assembly requirement for a large deepwater jacket project in China,the design process of general assembly support was described in detail,including the combination of finite element analysis(ANSYS&SACS)and hand calculation applying to the above design.Meanwhile,the reaction of support was calculated by taking the multi-point failure into account.In addition,a check analysis was made for the strength and stability of support,the strength of cement sliders and the foundation bearing capacity.
