摘要
在码头使用期起重能力达2 600 t的高空吊行走作业对码头工后沉降位移要求异常严格。围绕工期紧、质量要求高这两个问题,施工方把握住关键技术,在设计支持下,因时因地实施了沉箱内回填料以砂代石、加宽抛石棱体、对码头实施堆载预压等六项主要设计优化。优化使施工进度加快,码头质量得到根本保障,总成本基本不变,最终按要求交付了合格工程。
The travelling operation of an overhead crane with the lifting capacity of 2,600 t restricts the post-construction settlement and displacement to an extremely high extent during the operating period of a port.To meet high quality requirements within a short construction period,the key technology has been used by the construction unit to realize the optimum design of six parts such as filling sand into caisson instead of stone,widening rubble mound and preloading wharf surface subject to the assistance by the designer.The design change shortens the schedule,ensures the construction quality and keeps the project cost unchanged.Finally a qualified project is put into service as requested.
