摘要
随着零工经济时代的到来,尤其是互联网技术的进步以及人类思想观念的转变,多种人力资源管理模式已经不再适应现代企业的发展,不随时代变化而发展的人力资源管理模式将会阻碍企业的进步。本文通过分析我国人力资源管理模式现状,结合零工经济就业模式的崛起,主要针对企业外部员工来构建新型人力资源管理模式,并分析其意义、特点,从而得出新型人力资源管理模式优化的策略。
With the arrival of the era of gig economy,especially the progress of Internet technology and the transformation of human ideas,many human resource management models are no longer adapted to the development of modern enterprises,and human resource management models that do not evolve with time will hinder corporate progress.This paper analyzes the status quo of China's human resources management model,combined with the rise of the gig economy employment model,to build a new type of human resources management model mainly for external employees,and analyzes its feasibility,characteristics,and so as to obtain a new strategy for optimizing human resources management model.
