摘要
针对电气工程专业人才培养模式,分别从培养理念、培养目标、培养过程、培养制度和培养评价五方面对目前在人才培养方面所做的改革进行了分析和论述,重点对人才培养起方向引导作用的培养理念进行了详细讨论,然后根据层次分析法(AHP)建立了教学评价层析分析模型,以起到合理评价课程教学效果的作用,达到以评促改,从而更好地实现工程教育认证核心理念之一—持续改进的目的。
This paper aims at the professional training mode of electrical engineering,the reform of personnel training in our university are analyzed and discussed,separately from the training concept,training objectives,training process,training system and training evaluation part,with emphasis on training concept to guide the direction of effect are discussed in detail.Then according to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the teaching evaluation model to chromatographic analysis,reasonable evaluation of curriculum teaching effect,to assessment and reform,in order to better achieve the core idea of Engineering Education Certification(continuous improvement).
