经济新常态背景下植物保护与检疫技术专业人才培养方案优化

Optimization of Cultivation Program for Plant Protection and Quarantine Technology Professionals under New Normal Background

构建一个能充分体现经济发展新常态特点和农业行业产业特色的人才培养方案,对于培养适应当前农业经济发展需要的复合型技术技能人才将起到重要保障作用。本文在分析当前植物保护与检疫技术专业人才培养方案存在问题的基础上,提出了经济新常态背景下培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、课程内容等的优化思路和优化方案,以及保障培养方案顺利实施应具备的基地、师资、教学方法手段、考核评价等方面的内容。

Building a talent training plan that fully reflects the new normal characteristics of the economic development and the industrial characteristics of the agricultural industry will play an important role in training the compound skilled talents to meet the needs of the current agricultural economic development.This paper analyses the problems existing in the cultivation program for the plant protection and quarantine technology professionals.On this basis,the training objectives,training mode,curriculum system,course content and other optimization approaches were proposed.This paper also puts forward the conditions for ensuring the smooth implementation of the training program,such as bases,teachers,teaching methods and means,assessment and evaluation,etc.
