摘要
校企深度合作可以创新高职汽车营销与服务专业的人才培养模式,弥补学校教学资源、师资力量、实训条件、课程设置、人才评价等方面的不足,有效提高人才培养质量,实现校企双赢。总结了高职汽车营销与服务专业校企合作的3种模式,在分析汽车营销与服务专业人才培养模式现状与存在的问题的基础上,重点阐述了校企深度合作的汽车营销与服务专业人才培养模式。
The deep cooperation between college and enterprise can innovate the talent cultivation mode of automobile marketing and service specialty in higher vocational colleges,make up the deficiency of school teaching resources,teachers'strength,training conditions,curriculum setting and talent evaluation,improve the quality of personnel training effectively,and achieve a win-win between college and enterprise.This paper summarizes the three modes of cooperation between college and enterprise in higher vocational automobile marketing and service specialty,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of automobile marketing and service professional training mode,focuses on the depth of cooperation between college and enterprises in the talent cultivation model of automobile marketing and service specialty.
