摘要
用25ml比色管作为溶器,在水浴中,王水溶矿。取定容后清液于50ml烧杯中,加入1∶1硫脲、抗坏血酸固体还原剂,处理好的溶液直接上双道原子荧光仪联测。对国家标准物质进行测定,结果与标准值吻合,精密度(RSD,n=10)<2%。
Use a 25ml colorimetric tube as dissolver,and aqua regia for resolving mineral in water bath.Put metered clear liquid in a 50ml beaker,to which then add 1:1 thiourea and ascorbic acid solid reducing agent.Test the treated solution directly by double channel atomic fluorometer.The results were consistent with the standard values measured on standard reference material,and the precision(RSD,n=10)was less than 2%.
