摘要 文中介绍了"冰上丝绸之路"的背景,论述了"冰上丝绸之路"的航行、航海保障需求和现状,提出了加强与相关国家的交流合作,在"冰上丝绸之路"航海保障能力和体系建设方面贡献中国智慧和中国力量的相关建议。 The paper introduces the background of Ice Silk Road,probes into the demands and existing conditions of navigation guarantee,and puts forward suggestions on enhancing the exchange and cooperation between relevant countries and providing Chinese wisdom and Chinese strength in the capability and system development of the navigation guarantee for Ice Silk Road.
