血浆置换联合免疫吸附治疗儿童重症系统性红斑狼疮的疗效

Efficacy of plasmapheresis combined with immunoadsorption in the treatment of severe systemic lupus erythematosus in children

目的探讨血浆置换与免疫吸附联合治疗儿童重症系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年10月在我院接受治疗的60例儿童重症系统性红斑狼疮患儿临床资料,按不同治疗方式分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以单一血浆置换治疗,研究组予以血浆置换与免疫吸附联合治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后的Ig G、C3、γ球蛋白、尿蛋白定量以及SLEDA评分的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血浆置换与免疫吸附联合治疗儿童重症系统性红斑狼疮可有效提高临床疗效,且患儿的各项临床指标均得到明显改善。

Objective Exploring efficacy of plasmapheresis combined with immunoadsorption in the treatment of severe systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods The clinical data of 60 children with severe systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single plasma exchange,and the study group was treated with plasma exchange and immunoadsorption.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the improvement of IgG,C3,gamma globulin,urine protein and SLEDA score in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of plasmapheresis and immunoadsorption in the treatment of severe systemic lupus erythematosus in children can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and the clinical indicators of children have been significantly improved.
