Q开关激光1064大光斑低能量治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者临床效果观察

Clinical observation of large spot size low-fluence 1064nm Q-switch laser in patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis

目的探讨Q开关激光1 064大光斑低能量治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎(HDD)患者临床效果。方法选择我院于2015年3月至2017年3月期间收治的HDD患者94例,按照随机表法分为观察组47例与对照组47例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液湿敷,观察组在对照组基础上结合Q开关激光1 064大光斑低能量治疗。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后主要症状积分变化,及随访3个月复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.75%)高于对照组(78.72%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后瘙痒、红斑、丘疹、脱屑、紧绷感和灼热积分降低(观察组:t=28.349 1、23.845 1、23.424 8、21.827 4、18.218 6、21.706 5,对照组:t=16.439 5、14.067 4、12.074 9、15.423 5、13.111 6、12.123 3,P<0.05);观察组治疗后瘙痒、红斑、丘疹、脱屑、紧绷感和灼热积分低于对照组(t=15.211 3、17.552 2、11.438 8、19.132 6、14.917 0、15.670 4,P<0.05)。观察组随访3个月复发率(4.26%)低于对照组(23.40%)(P<0.05)。结论 Q开关激光1 064大光斑低能量治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者临床效果明显,且复发率低,具有重要研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of large spot size low-fluence 1064nm Q-switch laser in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods 94 patients with HDD from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(47 cases)and control group(47 cases).The control group was given Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection wet compress,and the observation group was treated with Q switch laser 1 064 large spot low energy therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the main symptom scores before and after treatment,and the recurrence of 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.75%)was higher than that of the control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).Pruritus,erythema,papules,desquamation,tension and hot points decreased in two groups after treatment(observation group:t=28.349 1,23.845 1,23.424 8,21.827 4,18.218 6,21.706 5,the control group:t=16.439 5,14.067 4,12.074 9,15.423 5,13.111 6,12.123 3,P<0.05);the observation group after the treatment of pruritus,erythema,papules,desquamation,a sense of tension and hot points lower than that of the control group(t=15.211 3,17.552 2,11.438 8,19.132 6,14.917 0,15.670 4,P<0.05).The observation group was followed up for 3 months,the recurrence rate(4.26%)was lower than that of the control group(23.40%)(P<0.05).Conclusion large spot size low-fluence 1064nm Q-switch laser for the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.The clinical effect is obvious,and the recurrence rate is low,so it has important research value.
