双歧三联活菌联合西替利嗪治疗小儿湿疹的临床价值研究

Clinical value of bifido bacterium triple viable tablet combined with cetirizine in the treatment of children with eczema

目的观察双歧三联活菌联合西替利嗪治疗小儿湿疹的临床价值。方法以我院住院部2017年4月~2018年2月收治的小儿湿疹患儿74例为研究对象,使用盲选法分为对照组与联合组,各37例,给予对照组西替利嗪治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合双歧三联活菌医治,对比疗效。结果联合组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组肠道菌落及T淋巴细胞亚群改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过联合治疗可有效提高小儿湿疹患儿免疫力,调节肠道菌落,提升有效率,效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical value of bifidus viable triplet combined with cetirizine in the treatment of eczema in children.Methods 74 children with eczema in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and combination group,37 cases in each group.Cetirizine was given to the control group,and the combined group was treated with combined bifidogenic viable triplet to compare the efficacy.Results The therapeutic effect of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of intestinal colony and T-lymphocyte subsets in the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy can effectively improve the immunity of children with eczema in children,regulate intestinal colonization,and improve the treatment efficiency.The effect is significant.
