摘要
从多年连作重茬的辣椒地采集健康植株,表面消毒后从根系中分离到1株内生拮抗细菌PEB-99,该菌株抗菌谱较广,对辣椒青枯雷尔氏菌、辣椒疫霉菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、辣椒镰刀枯萎病菌都有显著抑制效果,无菌发酵液亦具有抑制细菌和真菌的活性,通过16S r DNA测序对该菌株进行了鉴定,初步认为PEB-99菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),该菌能产生铁载体、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA),还具有溶解有机磷的能力,显示了很好的抗病促生长潜力。
After surface disinfection,an endophytic antagonistic bacteria,named PEB-99 was isolated from the roots of pepper which cultivated in the field with many years continuous cropping,which exhibit strong antagonistic activity against several pathogens of pepper,such as Ralstonia solanacearum,Phytophthora capsici,Colletotrichum capsici,Sclerotium rolfsii,Fusarium oxysporum.The strain was primarily identified as Bacillus velezensis by 16s rDNA sequencing.The strain still have the ability of production the siderophores and indole-3-acetic acid,and dissolving organic phosphorus,exhibiting well plant-growth-promoting potentiality.
