不同氯素供应水平对烤烟烘烤质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确不同氯素供应水平对烤烟烘烤质量的影响,采用温室水培的方法,比较了不同氯素供应水平下烤后烟叶的外观质量、主要化学成分、经济质量及感官评吸质量。结果表明:低水平(2 mmol/L)氯素供应有利于烤烟烘烤质量的提高,其外观质量加权平均得分比对照高0.32分,上等烟、中上等烟比例分别比对照烟叶高3.74、4.71个百分点,均价比对照烟叶高7.0%;同时还提高了烟叶中总糖、还原糖及钾的含量,提升了烤后烟叶的香气质及香气量,减轻了烟气刺激性,增强了余味;而高水平(10mmol/L)氯素供应的烤烟烘烤质量整体上差于对照。 In order to determine the effect of different chlorine supply levels on the curing quality of flue-cured tobacco,the greenhouse hydroponic method was used to compare the appearance quality,main chemical composition,economic quality and sensory evaluation quality of the tobacco leaves under different chlorine supply levels.The results showed that the supply of low level(2 mmol/L)chlorine was beneficial to the quality of flue cured tobacco,and the weighted average score of its appearance was 0.32 points higher than that of the control.The proportion of upper and middle upper grade tobacco was 3.74,4.71 percentage points higher than that of the control,and the average price was 7%higher than that of the control.At the same time,the content of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium in tobacco leaves increased,the quality and amount of aroma of the tobacco leaves were improved,the irritation of flue gas was relieved and the aftertaste was enhanced;the quality of flue cured tobacco with high level(10 mmol/L)chlorine supply was worse than that of control.
