摘要
文章旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、养分消化率及组织器官重量的影响。试验选取健康、体重为(52±1.23)g的1日龄雌性AA商品代肉仔鸡720只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30羽。基础日粮采用玉米-豆粕型日粮,处理组分别在对照组日粮基础上添加100、400和800 mg/kg植物提取物,试验共进行42 d。结果显示:植物提取物对1~42 d各阶段体重、日增重和平均日采食量均无显著差异(P>0.05);对肉鸡各阶段料重比无显著影响(P>0.05),但随着植物提取物添加水平的增加,肉鸡1~21 d和1~42 d料重比显著线性降低(P<0.05)。添加植物提取物对肉鸡肝脏、肾脏、心脏和脾脏的重量无显著影响(P>0.05),植物提取物组较对照组降低了肉鸡肝脏重量(P>0.05)。粗蛋白质、粗灰分、钙、磷的回肠表观消化率随日粮植物提取物添加水平的增加显著线性增加(P<0.05);日粮植物提取物添加水平对21 d肉鸡粗脂肪及42 d粗蛋白质的影响为显著二次曲线效应(P<0.05)。结果提示:在本试验条件下,日粮添加植物提取物可以改善1~42 d肉鸡料重比,提高粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷的回肠表观消化率。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of phytogenic on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and organ weight of broilers.A total of 720 AA commercial broilers were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 6 replicates of 30 broilers.The control group fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the trial diets were supplementation of 100,400 and 800 mg/kg phytogenic into the basal diets,and the trial last 42 d.Results showed that the addition phytogenic had no significant(P>0.05)effect(linear or quadratic)on body weight,weight gain,or feed intake among all treatments.Also,in this experiment,the phytogenic had no effect on the feed gain ratio in the starter period(1~21 d of age),otherwise the treatments showed a significant(P<0.05)linear effect on the feed gain ratio in the grower period and in the whole period(P<0.05).The treatments had no significant effect on the organ weights of chicken hearts,kidneys,or spleens,and were similar among all treatments(P>0.05).The relative weight of the liver,however,was reduced(P>0.05)in the supplemented treatment groups compared with that of the control group.The phytogenic groups had a linear positive effect(P<0.05)on the digestibility of most nutrients and the apparent digestibility of crude ash,crude protein,crude fat as well as calcium and phosphorus were increased linearly with increasing levels of phytogenic in all age(P<0.05).In conclusion,based on the data of this experiment,broilers fed with phytogenic had an improved feed gain ratio and a higher ileal nutrient digestibility of protein,fat,and minerals.
