中草药饲料添加剂对鸡热应激的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究自拟中草药复方饲料添加剂对鸡热应激的影响,试验选取健康仔鸡40只,随机分为中草药饲料添加剂低、中、高剂量组和空白对照组,每组20只。中草药饲料添加剂低、中、高剂量组分别按照基础日粮的0.5%、1%、1.5%进行添加,空白组饲喂基础日粮,连续饲喂14 d。试验期间观察试验动物的临床表现,测定试验动物的初始体重、末体重、日采食量等生长性能指标,生化指标及热休克蛋白,分析自拟中药复方饲料添加剂对仔鸡的临床和生理功能的影响。试验期间,试验鸡临床表现良好,并无出现不良反应,并能显著增加试验鸡末重、日增重,降低料重比,同时增加血清总胆固醇、血清总蛋白及血清热休克蛋白70含量。综上所述,自拟中草药复方饲料添加剂可以改善鸡的热应激状态。 In order to study the effect of self-made Chinese herbal compound feed additive on chicken heat stress.Forty healthy chickens were randomly divided into low,medium and high dose groups of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives and blank control group,20 in each group.The low,medium and high dose groups of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives were added according to 0.5%,1%and 1.5%of the basic diet,and the blank group was fed the basic diet for 14 days.During the experiment,the clinical manifestations of the test animals were observed,and the growth performance indexes,biochemical indexes and heat shock proteins of the experimental animals were determined,and the clinical and physiological functions of the Chinese herbal compound feed additives were determined.influences.During the test,the test chickens showed good clinical performance,no adverse reactions,and significantly increased the weight of the test chickens,daily weight gain,lower feedto-weight ratio,and increased serum total cholesterol,serum total protein and serum heat shock protein 70 content.Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine compound feed additive can improve the heat stress state of chicken.
