从足球强国反观中国校园足球的文化建设

Introspection of the Building of Football Culture on Chinese Campus

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国校园足球的文化建设的意义和价值进行分析,以独特的视角将澳大利亚、巴西、英国等足球强国作为切入点,向足球运动发达的国家学习借鉴宝贵经验,力求突破现阶段我国校园足球在文化建设过程中面临的瓶颈。当然,想要中国足球冲出亚洲走向世界,其期待成果固然显著,但切不可满足于一时的发展力度鼎盛时期,反而要做好打持久战的准备,越是这样对创新理念的提出就越是迫切。那么,想要做好中国的"校园足球",必然需要对国外的其他学校的足球文化建设有一定的了解和掌握,才能进一步做好我国校园足球的文化建设。通过查找大量的外文文献,研究认为:在校园足球文化建设中,无论是澳大利亚校园的自由精神与责任意识,还是巴西校园对于足球运动的普及力度,亦或是英国校园完善的保障机制,都在为我国校园足球的文化建设提供了可靠的发展理念。并提出:校园足球应由足球文化引领,校园足球的发展要注重学生体育精神的培养,校园足球的实施应有制度保障,校园足球应与社会建立良好的互动关系等一系列合力共举推动校园足球发展的具体措施。校园足球文化建设之路任重而道远,足球强国在校园足球文化建设中的"闪光点",对中国的校园足球着实是一种启示,单纯地将校园足球的阻碍因素归结于场地设施不足、活动经费不够、师资专业素质不高等因素的观点是狭隘且片面的,更重要的是要将校园足球发展为一种特色的文化,深入校园,深入教育,深入师生内心,紧抓校园足球发展过程中的"根"与"魂"。

In this paper,it adopts the method of literature review and logical analysis to find the significance and values of the culture construction of Chinese campus football.From the special viewpoint,we are willing to regard the country which is big on football as the point of penetration and learn more valuable experience from other country.We aim to deal with the problem we faced during the culture construction development of Chinese campus football.According to research abandon foreign materials,we suppose that In the construction of campus culture,whether it is Australia's free spirit and sense of responsibility on campus,the popularization of football in Brazil,or the comprehensive protection mechanisms for British schools.All this can provide a reliable vision for the development of Chinese football culture construction on campus.We also hold that football culture should lead the development of campus football.And schools should pay more attention to cultivate student’s soccer awareness and sports spirits.As for government,they should provide a series of specific measures to promote the development of Chinese campus football.The culture construction of Chinese campus football must take a heavy burden and embark on a long road.Football powers in the construction of campus culture of the“bright spots”on China's“campus football”really was a revelation.The point of attribute the impediments of campus football to inadequate facilities,activities,funds,teachers'professional quality is narrow and one-sided.Campus football is more important to be developed into a unique culture,it will involve in school,education and the heart of school members to capture the“root”and“soul”during the development of Chinese football culture construction on campus.
