空中瑜伽与地面瑜伽对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 作为一种全球范围内流行的运行方式,瑜伽的受众群体相当广泛,其在提升身体素质,推动身心健康发展方面发挥着积极作用。经过长期的发展演变,现代瑜伽的类型多种多样,而依照运动方式,可以将之分为地面瑜伽和空中瑜伽两种,前者在我国已经得到了普及,属于一种大众化的健身方式,后者在最近几年才开始流行,并且迅速受到了年轻女性的青睐。本文结合空中瑜伽的相关内涵,将其与地面瑜伽进行了对比,并就如何更好地发展空中瑜伽提出了几点建议。 As a popular mode of operation worldwide,yoga has a wide audience,which plays an active role in improving physical quality and promoting healthy development of mind and body.After a long period of evolution,the types of modern yoga is varied,and according to the movement way,it can be divided into the ground and air yoga yoga two kinds,the former has got popularity in our country,is a popular way of fitness,which began to be popular in recent years,and quickly got the favour of young women.This paper,combined with the relevant connotation of aerial yoga,compares it with ground yoga,and puts forward some Suggestions on how to better develop aerial yoga.
