The US Department of Homeland Security has officially released its“Cyber Security Strategy”,putting its cybersecurity functions into practice which assigned to it by the federal government and cementing its position in the Trump administration's cybersecurity architecture.Base on the specific content of the strategic report,this paper is trying to analyze the functions of the Department of Homeland Security in cybersecurity context and to understand the position and role it plays in the Trump’s administration.And finally the author elaborates on the impact that the strategy occurs to China-US relations and to the construction of China's voice in cybersecurity issues and other issues.
