黑龙江省海伦市一厂二矿及星火牧场革蜱伯氏疏螺旋体感染情况调查

Investigation on the Infection of Borrelia Burgdorferi Carried Dermacentor sp. in Yichangerkuang and Xinghuo Pasture in Hailun City of Heilongjiang Province

为了解黑龙江省海伦市一厂二矿及星火牧场革蜱携带伯氏疏螺旋体情况,用嵌套PCR方法对伯氏疏螺旋体23S rRNA基因进行扩增。提取的96份样品DNA中,51份为阳性,总检出率为53.13%。其中一厂二矿的31份为阳性,检出率为64.58%。星火牧场中20份为阳性,检出率为41.67%。将部分阳性样本进行序列分析,BLAST比对发现两种基因型。本试验证实了这两个地点革蜱均携带伯氏疏螺旋体,且感染率较高。这两个地区生活或工作的人及家畜感染伯氏疏螺旋体的风险较大。

In order to investigate the situation of Borrelia burgdorferi in Dermacentor sp.in Yichangerkuang and Xinghuo pasture in Hailun City of Heilongjiang Province,the 23S rRNA gene of B.burgdorferi was amplified by nested PCR.96 DNA samples of ticks were extracted.The 51 DNA samples were positive and the total positive rate was 53.13%.In this positive results,31 DNA samples were positive in Yichangerkuang,the positive rate was 64.58%.20 DNA samples were positive in Xinghuo pasture,the positive rate was 41.67%.The positive PCR prod?ucts were sequenced and the analysis showed that there were two genotypes in this study.The result showed that the B.burgdorferi were all existing in the two sites with high infection rates.And the people and livestock were in a greater risk of infection with B.burgdorferi.
