NS乳酸菌对育肥猪生产性能及猪肉品质的影响

摘要 传统养殖方式中长期滥用抗生素,造成猪体内药物残留,以及诱发“超级细菌”的出现,影响食品安全,危害人类健康。因此,利用微生态制剂来促进动物生长,改善动物健康成为动物营养研究的热点之一。NS乳酸菌制剂是动物肠道益生菌,能够促进动物生长、提高猪群免疫功能。本试验通过在饲料中添加NS乳酸菌制剂以取代抗生素,研究NS乳酸菌对育肥猪生产性能的影响以及对猪肉品质的改善,为NS乳酸菌制剂在养猪生产中的合理应用提供理论依据。
