干式排渣系统在火电厂应用中的问题及处理

相对于水冷式排渣,干式排渣不消耗水资源、灰渣综合利用价值高、污染少,逐步被大型燃煤电厂采用。介绍了干式排渣的原理及系统构成,并对新疆地区在应用干式排渣中出现的典型问题进行了分析,可为同类型机组提供借鉴。

Compared to water cooled slag discharge,dry slag discharge does not consume water resources,and the comprehensive utilization value of ash slag is high and the pollution is small.It is gradually adopted by large scale coal fired power plants.The principle and system composition of dry slag discharge are introduced.The typical problems in the application of dry slagging in Xinjiang are analyzed,which can provide reference for the same type of slag.
