摘要
选用低温泰格闭口闪点测定仪与MINIFLASH闪点测定仪,确定了不同浓度的乙醇溶液和5种食用酒的闪点和持续燃烧性。实验得出:两种闪点测定仪的结果吻合;乙醇溶液的闪点随着乙醇体积分数的升高而降低,乙醇体积分数为5%~30%时,闪点值降低较快,体积分数升高为30%~73%时,闪点值的变化逐渐平缓;体积分数低于24%的乙醇溶液不能持续燃烧,大于等于24%的乙醇溶液属于易燃液体。综合两项测试表明:乙醇溶液体积分数高于70%时,按照Ⅱ级危险品包装运输;24%~70%时,按照Ⅲ级危险品包装运输;低于24%时,按照普通货物运输。
Using Tag tester and MINIFLASH tester,theflash point and sustainable combustibility of ethanol solutions of different concentration and five kinds of liquors was tested.The results showed that two testers had similar results;the flash point of ethanol solution decreased with theconcentration increasing;the flash point decreased quickly in the range of 5%~30%of ethanol content,and slowly in the range of 30%~73%;ethanol solution with less than 24%content can’t burn sustained,and ethanol solution with concentration greater than or equal to 24%had been identified as flammable liquid.Therefore,ethanol solutions with ethanol concentration higher than 70%should be packed according to“the dangerous goods of the second category”,while those with ethanol concentration 24%~70%,are allowed to be packed according to“the dangerous goods of the third category”,and ethanol solutions with concentration less than 24%can be packed as conventional goods.
