石油石化行业国家标准防火内容修改意见探究

Discussion on the amendment opinions of national standards for fire protection in petroleum and petrochemical industry

为进一步提升石油石化企业本质安全和防范事故水平,便于工程设计人员和项目业主及时掌握石油石化行业国家标准防火内容的重大修改意见,通过对国内外典型事故案例和相关研究结论的分析,对住房城乡建设部标准定额司会同公安部消防局等有关部门和专家提出的"石油化工行业国家标准防火安全内容协调处理意见"进行探究,重点讨论了总平面布置、罐组布置、储罐选型及单罐容量、消防系统供电等方面的重大修改意见。

In order to improve the essential security and accident prevention of petroleum and petrochemical industry,and help the engineering designer and project owner to understand the big amendment of national standards for fire protection in petroleum and petrochemical industry,by analyzing the typical accidents in China and other countries and related research,the“Coordinated Handling Suggestion of National Standards for Fire Protection in Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry”proposed by Standard Quota Division of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction,Fire Bureau of Ministry of Public Security,and relevant departments and experts was discussed,and key amendments about total layout,tank layout,tank type selection,single tank capacity and fire system power supply were focused on.
