摘要
为研究玻璃棉彩钢板火灾痕迹特征与受火情况的关联性,以油盘火作为典型火源,通过控制彩钢板与油盘的距离改变彩钢板受热条件,模拟火灾现场,分析彩钢板温升曲线、火灾痕迹、烧损状况,得到玻璃棉彩钢板颜色与形态等方面与温度的对应关系。结果表明,玻璃棉彩钢板在300℃以下表现为过渡区的痕迹特征;在300~400℃呈红色丝状;在400~500℃呈黑色絮状;在500℃以上呈灰色块状。
For the study of the correlation between the characteristics of fire patterns and the fire condition of glass wool color steel plate,by typical combustion heat source of oil pan fire,the heating condition was arranged by changing the distance from oil pan to the plate to simulate the scene of fire accident.The temperature-time curve,fire trace and the burning loss of color steel plate were analyzed and the correspondence between the temperature and the color or shape of glass fiber color steel plate was obtained.It was found that the glass wool color plate showed the patterns of the transition zone at 300℃,and the red filament appeared between 300℃and 400℃,and the black flocculent appeared between 400℃and 500℃,gray block appeared above 500℃.
