巫家拳是湖南四大名拳之首,为继承和发扬湖湘文化,推动传统武术发展,弘扬传统武术精神。采用文献资料法、田野调查法和专家访谈法对巫家拳进行研究。研究发现:湖湘文化促进了巫家拳的形成与发展;湖湘文化忧国忧民的爱国主义精神、百折不挠的进取精神、经世致用的务实精神等精神实质推动了巫家拳的传承与发展。充分发挥湖湘文化优势,对推动湖南传统武术发展具有重要意义。

Wujia Quan is one of the four famous boxings in Hunan.To inherit and carry forward the culture,promote the development of traditional Wushu,promote the spirit of Wushu tradition,by using the method of literature,field survey and expert interviews and research,the study finds that the Wujia Quan:Hunan culture promotes its formation and development of Wujia Quan;Hunan culture the fate of the spirit of patriotism,enterprising spirit of"never yield in spite of reverses,pragmatism spirit promoted the inheritance and development of Wujia Quan.Give full play to the advantages of Huxiang culture,to promote the development of Hunan traditional Wushu has important significance.
