摘要
文章以初级三路长拳为主要内容,选取108名男大学生进行16周,每周两学时的教学,对学生技术动作进行实验组和对照组的评定,并对实验数据进行统计分析,其结果显示:新媒体与长拳慢打理念相结合的教学模式,提高了学生学习兴趣,促进了运动技能的掌握,更有利于对武术拳理和攻防实战的理解,并具有更持久记忆能力。
In this paper,Changquan as the main content,108 male college students are selected for 16 weeks,two hours a week of teaching,the students'technical actions are evaluated in the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental data are statistically analyzed.the results show that:the combination of new media and the concept of Changquan slow play teaching mode,improve students'interest in learning,promote the mastery of motor skills,more conducive to the understanding of martial arts boxing theory and offensive and defensive combat,and has a more lasting memory ability.
