摘要
随着科学技术进步,社会经济发展,人民的生活水平得到不断提高,人们越来越注重身心健康。通过健身气功及传统武术锻炼来强身健体,一方面提高了自身的身体质量,另一方面为中国传统文化的传承奠定良好基础。健身气功作为武术的基本功,在提高人们身体机能方面起着十分重要的作用。基于此,文章将先从健身气功与传统武术的起源、概念、特点等角度深入剖析,再着手从科学视角下,二者的产生、作用及二者分别与养生的关系等角度,分析二者的潜在联系,以期促进健身气功与传统武术的完美结合。
With the progress of science and technology,social and economic development,people's living standards have been continuously improved,and people are becoming more and more concerned with physical and mental health.Through fitness Qigong and traditional Wushu exercises,physical fitness is improved;on the one hand,it improves their physical quality.On the other hand,it lays a good foundation for the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture.As the basic work of the Wushu,the fitness Qigong plays a very important role in improving the physical function of the people.Based on this,this paper will start from the traditional Wushu qigong and the origin,concept and characteristics of point of view in-depth analysis,and then proceed from the scientific perspective,the angle of two and two respectively,and the health of the relationship,analyze the potential link between the two,in order to promote the perfect combination of fitness Qigong and traditional Wushu.
