政治体系的权力和权威必须基于人们对政治体系的心理支持和认可,这种支持和认可应通过特定的政治仪式实现。从文化主义的视角看,政治仪式在塑造和传播政治文化、实现政治权力合法化、整合政治力量和政治社会化方面都发挥着重要作用。作为一种由官方主导实施的政治仪式,宪法宣誓也发挥着自身所特有的政治功能。政治功能得以实现的关键在于政治制度的建构,宪法宣誓的功能实现需要建立一套完整的仪式安排。
