供给侧改革视阈下新建地方本科院校创客型人才的培养 被引量:1

On the Predicament, Mode Construction and Quality Improvement of Cultivating Creative Talents in the New-established Local Universities from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

摘要 为适应高等教育供给侧结构性改革,新建地方本科院校着力推进创客型人才培养模式改革,但培养理念滞后、师资力量匮乏、教学机制僵化、教育联盟缺失等多种因素成为制约"瓶颈"。要打造创客教育与专业教育一体化运作平台,健全创客教育综合实践训练体系,改革创客教学管理与评价机制,大力建设创客教育协同联盟,加强内涵建设,不断提升创客型人才培养质量。 To meet the demand of the supply-side reform in higher education, many new-established local universities have been exploring how to cultivate creative talents, but their misconception in cultivating philosophy, the constrain of the traditional teaching system, lack of initiative dimensional participators and want of corresponding faculty brought its reform into a predicament. Only when the following measures such as construction of the platform of systematic creative and professional education, establishment of the sound system of education in teaching practice, reform and improvement of teaching manage and assessment system, organization of the cooperation are taken so as to strengthen the conception of universal education of all students and versatile education of talents with abilities and virtue and to give priority to how to develop a good habit of lifelong learning and creativity and cultivate them to be talents with international vision, it is possible for the new-established local universities to get out of the predicament and to improve the quality of creative talents for our society in future.
