文章简述了某重型商用车车架进行弯曲和扭转的性能及疲劳试验的过程,实现了验证车架可靠性的目的。试验对新车型车架开发提供了可靠的数据、快速的途径,为CAE仿真提供边界条件。
This articlebriefly describes the performance and fatigue process of a Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle frame for bending and torsion,The purpose of verifying the reliability of the frame is implemented.This test provides reliable data and fast verification method for new vehicle frame,and provides boundary conditions for CAE simulation.
