摘要
汽车操纵稳定性是整车重要评价指标之一,它不仅影响汽车驾驶的方便程度,而且是汽车高速安全行驶的重要性能。操纵稳定性既反映汽车的实际行驶轨迹与驾驶员主观意图的稳合程度,又反应汽车运行的稳定程度。本文对某皮卡的操纵稳定性进行改进,通过优化悬架的衬套刚度和稳定杆结构的优化,来提升整车的操纵稳定性能,以满足整车的技术要求。
Handling stability is one of the important evaluation of the vehicle.It not only affects the convenience of automobile driving,but also is an important performance of high speed and safe driving.Handling stability not only reflects the degree of stability of the actual vehicle trajectory and the driver's subjective intention,but also reflects the stability of vehicle operation.In this paper,the handling stability of a pickup truck is improved.through optimizing the stiffness of the suspension bushing and the structure of the stabilizer bar,the handling stability of the whole truck is improved to meet the technical requirements of the whole truck.
