摘要
为研究变速器加油量对换挡过程中二次冲击的影响,在同步器换挡试验台上对某款变速器2→1挡进行不同加油量下50次换挡试验的二次冲击统计。结果表明,随着变速器加油量的不断增加,二次冲击发生概率、持续时间以及换挡冲量均会增加。
In order to study the influence of the transmission fuel quantity on the secondary impact during the shift,we have made a 50 timessecondary impact statistics of different fuel quantity on the shift process of gear 2 to gear 1 of a transmission on the synchronizer shift test stand.The result shows that,with the increase of the fuel quantity of the transmission,the probability and the duration of the secondary impact and the shifting impulse will also increase.
