摘要
在悬置系统设计过程中,首先需要测量发动机和变速器的质量、质心及转动惯量,将其合成后转换到整车坐标系上。文章对动力总成质心及惯量的合成进行推导,使用EXCEL进行计算,最后通过某车型动力总成的实测数据,结合ADAMS仿真进行理论验证。
To measuer the mass,center of mass and moment of inertia is the first step in the design of powertrain mounting system,then synthesize them into the vehicle coordinate system.In this paper,the synthesis of the center of mass and moment of inertia of the powertrain is deduced and calculated with excel.Finally,through the experimental data of the powertrain of a certain model,combined with ADAMS for theoretical verification.
