摘要
利用玻纤增强PU-SRIM工艺制造汽车仪表板具有良好的理化性能,是中高档汽车仪表板制造的一个重要工艺选择。文章介绍了利用LFI-RIM(长玻纤增强反应注射发泡)工艺生产该类硬发泡产品的过程,并重点分析了制造过程的缺陷产生原因以及如何预防和过程控制的方法,阐述该工艺设计产品的一般要求。
The use of glass fiber to enhance the PU-sresearch in motion technology to make car dashboard has good physical and chemical performance,it is an important technology choice for middle-and high-end car dashboard manufacturing.This paper introduces the use of LFI-RIM(long glass fiber reinforced reaction injection foaming)process of this kind of hard foam products production process,and analyses the causes and how to prevent the defects of the manufacturing process and process control method,expounds the general requirements of the process design products.
