摘要
文章在分析了待装配产品要求基础上,使用对比分析的方法,选择一种方案,从产品的装夹定位开始,设计了一种具有导向浮动功能结构的装配夹具,对夹具中各零件的选材及关键参数选择均予以解释,并对夹具工作顺序及效率进行了分析。
On the basis of analyzing the requirements of the product to be assembled,using the method of comparative analysis,a scheme was chosen.Starting from the clamping and locat of the product,an assembly fixture with a guide floating structure function structure was designed.The material selection and key parameter selection of each parts in the fixture are explained,and the working order and efficiency of the fixture are analyzed.
