摘要
削减人工工时、减少浪费一直是车间管理中的核心工作。车间管理者与工程师在寻找浪费问题时通常使用现场调查的方法,而缺少定量分析的手段,即车间缺少数据来显示非增值工时的量级与来源。文章基于MTM标准工时,将工时的代码与工时的价值进行关联,将浪费以数据的形式呈现,最终形成了可量化的浪费识别方法。最后本文以实际事例展示出此方法的应用场景及其浪费分析,并证明其具有良好的实施效果。
Reduction of work time and waste are core missions for a plant.For finding waste,engineers usually adopt the way of field work instead of qualitative methods.Specifically data are needed to indicate how many non-value-added times are and what problems lead to these wastes.Based on MTM,this article proposes a qualitative method of waste identification to combine standard time codes with the value of work time.All waste data can be presented by this method.Finally the application scenario and waste analysis exemplifies the positive effects of this method.
