摘要
为解决我公司某车型备轮架翻转臂在车辆运行过程中,因锁紧螺栓受轴向、径向载荷的影响导致锁紧螺栓松脱,进而导致部分车辆备轮架翻转臂断裂问题,从工艺方法、设计结构方面的改进从而实现问题的解决。
In order to solve the problem that the locking bolt is loosened because of the influence of the axial and radial load on the lock bolt in the course of the vehicle running,the problem is solved from the improvement of the process method and the design structure.
