摘要
以陕汽集团博士后科研工作站为例,通过体系建设、配套设施、研发导向、考核机制四个方面阐述企业博士后科研工作站的建站经验,并发现工作站管理中存在的问题,探索更加科学、合理的建站模式。通过企业博士后工作站的建设,积极做好高层次技术创新人才的培养、使用工作,充分发挥博士后高端人才的智力优势和科研水平能力,促进企业的科技进步,为企业发展提供动力,促进博士后工作站在公司能够切实健康发展。
Taking the post doctoral research workstation of Shaanxi Automobile Group as an example,this paper expounds the building experience of the post doctoral research workstation through the four aspects of system construction,supporting facilities,R&D guidance and assessment mechanism,and finds out the existing problems in the workstation management,and explores a more scientific and rational model of building the station.Through the construction of postdoctoral workstation,we should actively do a good job in training and use of high-level technical innovation talents,give full play to the intellectual advantage and scientific research level of the post doctoral advanced talents,promote the technological progress of enterprises,provide motivation for the development of enterprises,and promote the healthy and healthy development of the post doctoral work station.
