Experience of Prof. Chen in treating stable angina with the Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction

本文详述陈朝金教授用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗稳定型心绞痛的经验。陈朝金教授在领悟"阳微阴弦"基本病机的基础上,通过阐发阳气生成和运行对本病的重要性,在本方的基础上加入黄芪、檀香,以益气升阳、散结化痰、调节气机升降,在临床上治疗稳定型心绞痛取得了良好的疗效。

In this article,Professor Chen’s clinical experience for treating stable angina with the Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)was summarized.Based on the basic pathogenesis of Yangwei Yinxian(阳微阴弦),the Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction was added with Huangqi(黄芪)and Tanxiang(檀香),in order to achieve Yiqi Shengyang(益气升阳),Sanjie Huatan(散结化痰),and the regulation of Qiji(气机).Prof.Chen treating stable angina pectoris with the Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction shows a good clinical effect.
