桑白汤辨证加减治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症疗效探析

Effects of the Sangbai decoction on primary hypertension and insomnia

目的:探讨对原发性高血压伴失眠症患者行桑白汤辨证加减治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2015年1月-2016年12月我院收治的104例原发性高血压伴失眠症患者作为研究对象,并将其按照治疗方案的不同随机分成观察组(n=52)与对照组(n=52),观察组患者给予桑白汤辨证加减治疗,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,分别对两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状评分改善情况、血压改善情况及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者;观察组患者的中医症状评分改善明显好于对照组患者;两组患者的血压均得到明显改善;观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者。结论:桑白汤辨证加减治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症的疗效显著,能有效降低血压的同时改善中医症状,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Sangbai decoction(桑白汤)on primary hypertension with insomnia.Methods:104 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment plan,52 cases in each.The observation group was treated with the Sangbai decoction;the control group was given conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,blood pressure and adverse reactions were compared respectively.Results:The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The blood pressure in groups was significantly improved;the adverse reactions were significantly fewer in the observation group.Conclusion:The Sangbai decoction is effective on primary hypertension with insomnia.It can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve the TCM symptoms,with fewer adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
