老年眩晕方对老年眩晕症患者的疗效分析

Efficacy of the Laonian Xuanyun prescription on senile vertigo

目的:分析老年眩晕方对老年眩晕症患者的疗效。方法:选取80例老年眩晕症患者随机分为参照组(40例,予常规西医治疗)与观察组(40例,予常规西医治疗+老年眩晕方)。对比不同组别患者治疗效果与复发情况、不良反应。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显比参照组高(P<0.05),3个月内复发率明显比参照组低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应出现率明显比参照组低(P<0.05)。结论:将老年眩晕方应用到老年眩晕症患者治疗中可提升临床效果,降低复发率与不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of the Laonian Xuanyun prescription(老年眩晕方)on senile vertigo.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the reference group and observation group,40 cases in each.The reference group was given conventional western therapy.The observation group was given the Laonian Xuanyun prescription more.The treatment effect,recurrence and adverse reaction in groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3 months in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Laonian Xuanyun prescription can improve the clinical effect,reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reactions.
