加减消风止痒颗粒联合依巴斯汀治疗风热型荨麻疹疗效研究

Efficacy of the Xiaofeng Zhiyang granules plus Ebastine on urticaria of the Fengre type

目的:研究加减消风止痒颗粒与依巴斯汀联合疗法在风热型荨麻疹中的应用价值。方法:将本院2016年2月-2017年8月接诊的53例风热型荨麻疹病患利用随机数表法分组:A组(n=27)实行加减消风止痒颗粒+依巴斯汀治疗,B组(n=26)单用依巴斯汀。综合分析两组用药后的恢复情况,比较DLQI评分等指标。结果:A组的疗效总有效率为100.0%,明显比B组的84.62%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。A组治疗后的DLQI评分为(0.43±1.37)分,比B组的(1.95±3.09)分显著降低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用加减消风止痒颗粒与依巴斯汀对风热型荨麻疹病患施以对症治疗,可有效改善其生活质量,提高病情控制效果。

Objective:To study the application value of the Xiaofeng Zhiyang granules(消风止痒颗粒)and Ebastine on urticaria of the Fengre type(风热型).Methods:53 cases were grouped into two groups by the random number table method.Group A(n=27)was given the Xiaofeng Zhiyang granules and Ebastine.Group B(n=26)was given Ebestatin.Results:The total efficiency in group A was 100.0%,was significantly higher than 84.62%in group B(P<0.05).The DLQI score after treatment in group A was(0.43±1.37),was significantly lower than(1.95±3.09)in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaofeng Zhiyang granules and Ebastine on urticaria of the Fengre type was effective,can effectively improve quality of life and control the disease.
