中药金银花提取物降糖作用实验研究

Experimental studies on hypoglycemic effects of extracts from honeysuckle

目的:探讨中药金银花提取物的降糖作用。方法:从四种金银花地方品种忍冬(LMPB)、山银花(LCPB)、红腺忍冬(LHPB)、毛花柱忍冬(LFPB)的花蕾中提取多糖组分,采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制造Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,设正常对照组(NC),模型对照组(STZ),金银花阳性药组(STZ+LMPB;STZ+LCPB;STZ+LHPB;STZ+LFPB)。阳性药组每日分别口服该四种提取物800 mg/kg,共42天。观察各组大鼠血糖和胰岛素水平及血糖、血脂及代谢酶活性指标。结果:统计分析结果表明:与对照组及模型组比较,阳性药组食物和水摄入量减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),血糖和胰岛素水平降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。同时总胆固醇(TC,45.8%~51.0%,P<0.05),总甘油三酯(TG,50.6%~53.8%,P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C,71.2%~76.3%,P<0.01)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C,45.2%~50.0%,P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(HDL-C,21.6%~24.3%,P<0.05)。同时阳性药物组血清ALT、AST和GGT显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏CAT、SOD和GSH显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:上述结果表明,四种中药金银花提取物多糖组分具有显著的降血糖作用,可作为Ⅱ型糖尿病功能性食品的有效成分。

Objective:To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of extract of Jinyinghua(金银花).Methods:Polysaccharide fractions were extracted from the buds of four Jinyinghua,LMPB,LPCB,LHPB and LFPB.And streptozotocin(STZ)was applied to establish type II diabetic rat model,set the normal control group(NC),model group(STZ),honeysuckle positive drug group(STZ+LMPB,STZ+LCPB,STZ+LHPB,STZ+LFPB).The positive drug group was given the four extracts 800 mg/kg daily,for 42 days.The blood glucose and insulin levels,and the indexes of blood glucose,blood lipids,and metabolic enzyme activity were observed in each group.Results:Statistical analysis showed that compared with the control and model groups,food and water intake in the positive drug group were decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and blood glucose and insulin levels were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).At the same time,total cholesterol(TC,45.8%~51.0%,P<0.05),total triglycerides(TG,50.6%~53.8%,P<0.01),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C,71.2%~76.3%,P<0.01)and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C,45.2%~50.0%,P<0.01),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly increased(HDL-C,21.6%~24.3%,P<0.05).Serum ALT,AST,and GGT in the positive drug group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and liver CAT,SOD,and GSH were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The above results indicate that the polysaccharide components of the four extracts of Jinyinghua have significant hypoglycemic effects,and can be used as effective ingredients of type II diabetes functional foods.
