祛瘀生新针法治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察祛瘀生新针法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对VEGF和BDNF的影响。方法:80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均接受常规内科治疗,观察组在此基础上加祛瘀生新针法,两组分别在治疗前及治疗后1个月进行神经功能缺损程度评分(采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表NIHSS)及检测VEGF、BDNF水平。结果:两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及血清VEGF、BDNF水平均较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组改善程度优于对照组。结论:祛瘀生新针法配合基础治疗有助于提高急性脑梗死的临床疗效,其机制可能是通过改善患者血清VEGF、BDNF的水平而促进患者神经功能的康复。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction and VEGF,BDNF.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Both groups received conventional medical treatment.The observation group was given acupuncture of Quyu Shengxin(祛瘀生新)more.Results:The scores of neurological deficits and serum VEGF and BDNF levels after treatment in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture of Quyu Shengxin with basic treatment can promote the clinical curative effects on acute cerebral infarction.The mechanism of the recovery of neurological function may be to improve the serum VEGF and BDNF levels.
