子午流注低频穴位治疗对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的观察

Observation on recovering gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery by low-frequency instrument according to midnight-noon ebb-flow

目的:探讨子午流注低频穴位治疗对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法:将156例妇科腹腔镜术后患者随机分为治疗组(n=104)和对照组(n=52),治疗组患者回病房后2小时行术后胃肠动力评估,评分后开始做子午流注低频治疗,由专人观察记录出现正常肠鸣音(4~5次/min)的时间。恢复正常肠鸣音后2小时,指导患者进食少量流质饮食。对照组患者回病房后2小时行术后胃肠动力评估,由专人观察记录出现正常肠鸣音的时间,恢复正常肠鸣音后2小时,指导患者进食少量流质饮食。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间明显短于对照组,治疗组患者术后发生腹胀的例数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间患者住院时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:子午流注低频穴位治疗能有效缩短妇科腹腔镜术后患者肠鸣音恢复时间和首次肛门排气时间,减少术后腹胀发生,可有效促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low frequency instrument according to midnight-noon ebb-flow on gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:156 cases of gynecologic laparoscopy were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=104)and control group(n=52).The treatment group was given gastrointestinal motility assessment after 2 hours when returning to ward,and given low frequency instrument according to midnight-noon ebb-flow after assessment.Time for a normal bowel sounds was observed and recorded.After 2 hours when bowel sounds was normal,patients were instructed to eat a small amount of liquid diet.The control group was given the same treatment,except low frequency instrument according to midnight-noon ebb-flow.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The first postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds and the first exhaust time in the treatment group were shorter than the control group;the number of abdominal distention in the treatment group was significantly fewer than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency instrument according to midnight-noon ebb-flow can effectively shorten the recovery time of bowel sound and anal exhaust time after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,reduce the postoperative abdominal distension,can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
